The uniqueness of this training program lies in the thoughtful combination of various approaches from the spiritual, therapeutic and self-development areas. The program was developed based on extensive hands-on experience facilitating and guiding workshops, courses and ceremonies in Israel and around the world. What Will We Learn in Each Phase?

In Phase A – We will learn together how to create a safe and inviting space for participants. We will develop a healthy relationship with the group in an honest and positive way. We will apply the principles of listening to a space. We will receive training on the keys to creating trust among workshop participants. We’ll discover the ways in which we can feel the space and understand what best serves.

In Phase B – We will delve into the principles of workshop structure according to different models. We will experiment with conceptualizing the experiences we want to create and workshop writing. We will understand more about personal and interpersonal dynamics. We will learn about therapy in the workshop space and the basics and fundamentals of how to create a workshop. We will receive unique training on music as a central tool in the creation of the workshop. We will discover how to create a safe ground for integration so that participants can internalize the experiences we create in the workshop.

In Phase C – In the final phase of the course we will learn about ceremonial space and the differences between ceremony and workshop and we will understand how to trust the group process and surrender to it effortlessly. We will delve into a shamanic constellation field. We will discover new tools for working with the resistance and objections that may arise in a group space. We will receive guidance for how to identify trauma and what we can do to provide the right resources and structure for a therapeutic field. We will practice group facilitation, receiving feedback and realizing our unique gift within the world of group facilitation.

About the Teachers

Shachar is the founder of “Nativ”, an international school for group facilitators, teaching the skills and knowledge he has gathered from many years of leading seminars and retreats on sexual shamanism, therapy, transformation and mindfulness in Israel and around the world.
He is a somatic therapist (graduate of Hakomi Psychotherapy Institute), and offers private sessions for individuals and for couples.
Shachar is the founder of Initiation festival (an international shamanic tribal gathering), and a Cacao ceremony facilitator.
More than anything, Shachar is a father to Raphael and Nahar, and a partner
to Arynn. He is a courageous explorer of life, love and embodiment.

Arynn is an intimacy guide and embodiment facilitator working both online and around the globe. During her years in Berlin, she was a central part of the Embodied Intimacy community, and founded Burn With Desire. Arynn currently lives in Israel. She is supporting the Art of Love international facilitators training, and offers mindulness-based therapy sessions online.

An international speaker, transformational facilitator and private guide, Araminta specializes in relationships and sexuality, empowerment and sovereignty, integrative healing, soul initiation, and the esoteric mysteries.
She is here to support humanity’s evolution as liberated, heart-centered creators.

Orka is a musician, teacher, and leader in the field of spiritual development and singing circles. With 14 years of experience, she has traveled the world, supporting thousands in finding their unique voice. Maegan Melissa Gorbett / DJ Alma ∞ Omega is a professional DJ, Open Floor Embodied-Dance Teacher, Ritualist, Holistic-Coach, Creatrix, Weaver, Rebel-Shape-shifter and Mid-wife for the Soul.
Re-establishing our connection to Earth’s wisdom and the Divine Mystery (both inside the cells of our human bodies and the cracks of crumbling cultures) is the mission of her heart & soul.

Curriculum Structure
Course Start Date: 26.2.2024
Location: Berlin, Germany
The program consists of four intensive weeks in a year, and an online webinar between our weekly trainings. Each week-long intensive is from Monday to Sunday. The yearly course is led by Shachar Caspi and a team of world class facilitators and support staff (assistants).
1st week: 26th of February to 3rd of March
2nd week: 4th to 10th of April
3rd week: 27th of May to 2nd of June
4th week: 3rd to 10th of July
Supervised Practicum
The course aims to create a space that will enable experiences and experimentation in the group that incorporate physical integration of personal and group growth processes. During the course students will learn professional and comprehensive background and tools in various group facilitation models and techniques.
In addition, we will hold group discussions on each facilitator’s process in the practicum project. Starting with the process of group formation and crystallization, to implementing your plan and problem solving, to summarizing and closing the process as well as examining the achievement of the stated goals and building a unique workshop for each participant.
Certification
Certificate as a “Certified Nativ Facilitator” under the signature of Shachar Caspi will be offered to those participants who meet the training and practicum requirements.
Location
The venue is a spacious and comfortable guesthouse, located one hour drive from Berlin city center and surrounded by beautiful nature. Exact details about the location will be provided upon registration.
Food and Accommodation
There will be three delicious vegan/vegetarian meals a day. Lodging is in either double bedrooms or dormitories with 4-5 people (each room has its own bathroom). Depending on the choice of room, the price per week for food and accommodation is either 510€ (five bed room) or 590€ (double bedroom).
Tuition
Yearly training cost: 4,400€
The fee includes a deposit of 900€ payed upon booking.
The fee does not include food and accommodation (prices range between 510€ to 590€ per week).
