This retreat isn’t just another theoretical seminar.
It’s an invitation to experiential practice in embodiment, integrated with shamanic rituals.

Working in real-time with whatever arises in the group, identifying patterns and relational dynamics.

A space that allows us to drop our professional masks and meet the field from an honest, vulnerable place.

Learning the subtle skill of maintaining a strong, supportive structure that allows for complete freedom within it.

Training in preparing and leading ceremonial spaces
Shahar and Aran have over a decade of experience in holding transformative spaces—retreats, trainings, treatments, and individual and group guidance.
This is your golden opportunity to expand your toolbox, refine and sharpen the quality of your space-holding, and enhance the quality of the content and messages you deliver to every individual, client, and participant you encounter.
Based on extensive experience with annual trainings in Israel and abroad, we believe this one week training will take you to the next level.
You have the tools. You’ve led the workshops. You know how to manage a room. But you sense there is a deeper level of Advanced Presence available—one that requires you to be as vulnerable as the people you lead.
Step into the next level of your leadership and facilitation. This experience is for you:

Shachar Caspi & Arynn Dvir are the lead faculty of Nativ, an international school dedicated to the art of holding space. Their methodology is not found in textbooks, it is forged through decades of holding some of the most intense transformational spaces in the world.
They bring a unique synthesis of Advanced Structural Rigor (Shachar’s mastery of the “Holding Space” framework) and Deep Relational Intelligence (Arynn’s expertise in somatic therapy and vulnerable intimacy). Together, they don’t just teach you – they meet you as peers in the pursuit of excellence.

Shachar began his journey in the development field about 15 years ago, when embarking on a prolonged period of practice in Guatemala (and in Israel later on), which included long retreats and initiation, meditation and seclusion journeys. After landing in Israel, with the desire to delve deeper into the journey, Shachar specialized in mindfulness-based psychotherapy studies in Hakomi Institute, seeking further understanding of resourcing and trauma therapy. More than anything, Shachar defines himself as a researcher of love, vulnerability, truth and depth, who continues to expand his learning into further fields and spaces.
Shachar wrote the book, “The Art of Holding Space”, which can be found in both Hebrew and English, and helps guide many group facilitators in Israel and abroad.
Together with the facilitator training in Nativ, Shachar nowadays offers his teachings to different and diverse groups – from business teams and organizations interested in embracing the language of connected and attentive leadership, to groups interested in experiencing tribal ceremonies together, as well as couples wishing to increase the openness and communication within their relationship.

I was born in the USA, immigrated to Israel when I was two years old with my family. English is my mother tongue and I lived bilingually. I grew up on a kibbutz, when I was 18 I volunteered for a year of service followed by the IAF – Israeli air Force. You can say that I followed the accepted path of my upbringing, but deeper down I didn’t feel like I belonged in any of these frameworks. I had to know if it was possible to live differently, and something inside pulled me to a decade of traveling and exploring the world.
By nature I am curious and I have always been drawn to explore the human soul and psyche, so that in my travels I opened up to the spiritual world. Through workshops of shamanism, conscious sexuality, movement, elemental work, embodiment and psychodrama, I discovered a path that combines the wisdom of the body with emotional processes.
My greatest healing journey began, perhaps, when I started listening to my body instead of trying to “fix” it.
As soon as I understood how to speak the language of the body, I noticed that things began to change. Boxes and labels that I put myself in and thought would always bother me, stopped being perceived as problems or defects. They became an opportunity to listen, and because of the change in perception and willingness to be with them they changed and received from me the answer I was missing.
It was a huge change for me, I received a gift that allowed me to redirect my life and I realized that I want to pass it on. That’s where I started my journey in the world of therapy.
